Hi there! I am a Spring '25 graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ and I currently live in my hometown of Las Vegas, NV. I majored in Journalism with a minor in Government and Public Policy. I hope to be able to combine the two programs and start as a political reporter for a local government, with hopes of one day covering national politics in DC. 

I've had numerous internship experiences at both digital and in-person newsrooms and my writing experience ranges from community events, state and local politics, breaking news, the environment, crime, and more. I also enjoy writing and filming vertical explainers on any topic, especially on policies from state and local governments that will impact readers and social media viewers.

Outside of my passion for journalism I absolutely love to read, I even have a separate instagram where I review books in my free-time! I also enjoy cooking, yoga, watching tv and movies, and spending time with my family and friends. 💚
